Stretches and Mobility Exercises
You can get_specific_tips about how to get leaner faster. We recommend you view them before starting a new exercise program.
Please also view our disclaimer before commencing any of these upper body and core exercises.
We recommend you perform mobility and stretching exercises at the start of your workout so that your joints come into better alignment before you put load through them. This reduces your risk of injury. You may also consider stretching between sets of resistance training sets as a form of active rest to allow your heart rate and cortisol levels to fall.
